How it works

Make It Count.

Before an eligible 18-hole round, choose to Make It Count. Once a round is official, it takes its place on your Card. Six official rounds make the season.

    Official rounds played across multiple eligible courses build your Card. All six count.

    Verified Handicap Index and verified course and tee information keep every golfer on fair terms.

What is this?

An individual, season long golf competition for golfers across West Michigan. You against the field, not a group score.

Do I change how I golf?

No. Keep your normal courses, your normal foursome and your normal schedule.

Is it fair at my handicap?

Yes. GRGS uses verified golfer ability and verified course and tee information, so golfers of different abilities playing different courses compete through one consistent system.

Where can I play?

Eligible golf across West Michigan, from Manistee through Grand Rapids to Benton Harbor and the communities in between.

How many rounds?

Six official counting rounds. All six count. Season One runs from May 1 through August 29, 2027, and qualifying rounds must span multiple eligible courses.
